Meet the owner & esthetician

Elizabeth Newsom has an unmistakable passion to help others improve their skincare health and reconnect with their sense of feeling beautiful. She has enjoyed being an esthetician for the last 11 years. She began her passionate journey into skincare over 2 decades ago when she went to work for Jurlique Holistic Skincare. She instantly fell in love with the skincare industry’s unique niche of improving wellbeing through services and products. This exposure to the industry’s trendsetting spas fed her passion for the spa experience. This inspired Elizabeth to return back to school to become a licensed esthetician. During her time serving clients in the corporate spa world, she explored advanced aging technologies, as well as developed protocols, facilitated esthetic training and honed one of her “signature” experiences of custom tailoring client’s services.

After starting her family, Elizabeth’s skincare journey unfolded again. It was clear that pursuing her longtime dream of her own skincare studio would grant her the freedom to explore and craft more clinical skincare services whilst allowing for a balanced family lifestyle. The vision and design work began for what would be Elizabeth’s perfect studio.  After a lot of love, sweat and happy tears, Elizabeth realized her dream and opened The Beauty Hideaway, a private upscale skincare studio.
